1. Digital Products – No Refunds

All products sold on this website are digital products (including templates, spreadsheets, and downloadable or access-based digital content).

Once access to the digital product has been granted, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.


2. Legal Basis (EU & International Customers)

By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that:

  • You receive immediate access to digital content
  • You waive your right of withdrawal once delivery begins

This is in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)) regarding digital content.


3. Technical Issues

If you experience:

  • Difficulty accessing the product
  • A broken or incorrect delivery link
  • File access issues caused by technical error

We will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Restore access, or
  • Provide a corrected link

This does not constitute grounds for a refund.


4. Unauthorized Use

Refunds will not be granted in cases of:

  • Failure to read the product description
  • Lack of compatibility due to missing third-party accounts (e.g. Google account)
  • Violation of the Terms & Conditions
